Tenisha Dunham
Dunham Bookkeeping was established in November of 2014 and since its creation it has worked exclusively with small businesses.
​
Since then Dunham Bookkeeping has grown and built a network of experienced and skilled professionals who can handle full cycle accounting for small businesses in a variety of industries. Dunham Bookkeeping specializes in construction, agriculture and healthcare.
​
Dunham Bookkeeping also offers business consulting, human resources consulting and information technology consulting through the partnerships that have been built by the owner, Tenisha Dunham.
​
Tenisha has a background in full cycle corporate accounting with degrees in accounting, business and finance. She graduated with her Bachelors in Accounting in 2012 and her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance in 2016. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration at North Central University, with an anticipated graduation date of summer 2022. In 2019 Tenisha completed her CHFP certification, Certified Healthcare Financial Professional. She holds professional memberships with Healthcare Financial Management Association, Institute of Managerial Accountants, American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

Tenisha has held roles in financials leadership at the Director and Chief Financial Officer level for the last five years. She wants to take her experience helping corporations achieve and maintain profitability and apply those skills to helping small businesses achieve the same. Tenisha is a wife and a mom to four girls, and Nana to one granddaughter. She enjoys spending time with family, she loves to teach and she is passionate about helping small business owners reach financial freedom. Tenisha is also involved in her local community government. She sits on a Committee for the City of Oakdale that provides oversight for one of the new measures voted on by the Residents. The committee provides oversight for how the additional city taxes are used in the community.

Leslie Rodriguez
Payroll Specialist
Leslie and Tenisha met in 2013 while they were both working for a local solar company.
In 2015 they parted ways with the solar company but they kept in touch. In 2019 Leslie joined Dunham Bookkeeping as a Payroll Specialist.

Leslie has experience in many aspects of payroll such as time and effort reporting, time and attendance, benefits administration, vacation/PTO accruals, prevailing wage, commissions, piece rate and multi state. She is also familiar with 125 cafeteria plans, 401k, 403B and 457 enrollment/administration, FMLA, PFL, SDI and Workers Compensation. In the course of her career Leslie has held roles as a Payroll Specialist, Human Resources Assistant, Office Manager, and Human Resources Director.

Leslie loves spending time with family and friends, she enjoys going to church and growing in her faith and has a deep desire to help those around her. Leslie has a big heart and does not take for granted the blessing that is today.
Mary Zabell
Notary and Translator
Mary and Tenisha met in 2006 while they were both working for a local community hospital.
Over the years they have kept in contact and in 2018 Mary Zabell joined Dunham Bookkeeping, providing notary services. She is also fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
​
Mary has strong ties to the local community. She has lived in Oakdale since 1976 when her parents moved here. She has spent a majority of her career working for the local community hospital, where she started as an admitting clerk and worked her way up to the billing department.
Mary enjoys spending time with family and spoiling her grandkids. She also recently became a great grandma.
